Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

Physical Items We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll make it right.

Print-on-Demand Items Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original and place a new order.
