Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Print-on-Demand Items Items made to order (such as apparel and mugs) require additional production time of 3–7 business days before shipping. Total delivery time for these items is typically 7–14 business days.

Digital Downloads Digital products (such as journal templates) are available immediately after purchase via a download link sent to your email. No shipping applies.

Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS and other major carriers.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only) We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
